This Privacy Notice explains how Grupo Dirumo S.L., trading as Wonderful Traveller (“Wonderful Traveller”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit this website or interact with our services.
1. Our role
For this public website and direct business enquiries, Wonderful Traveller is the controller of the personal data it receives. For the Wonderful Traveller operational platform, the airport operator, lounge operator or other contracted customer normally determines the purpose and means of passenger-data processing and acts as controller. Wonderful Traveller acts as processor under the applicable customer agreement and data-processing agreement.
2. Personal data we may process
For website visitors and enquiries, this may include your name, business contact details, the content of your communication and limited technical information such as IP address, browser information and server logs needed to secure and operate the website.
For authorised platform users, the platform may process operational data supplied by the customer, such as passenger and flight-related information, lounge access records, service records and authorised user-account information. The exact data set is determined by the customer’s configuration and operational requirements.
3. Why we use personal data
- To respond to business enquiries and provide requested information.
- To provide, secure, maintain and support the platform.
- To prevent misuse, investigate incidents and protect our systems.
- To meet contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
- To produce operational reporting for the relevant customer.
4. Legal bases
We process website and enquiry data where necessary to respond to a request, pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, comply with legal obligations or, where required, with consent. Platform data is processed on the documented instructions of the relevant customer and under the contractual data-processing terms in place with that customer.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers. We may disclose data to hosting, infrastructure, email, professional-advice and security service providers where necessary to operate the service, as well as to public authorities where required by law. Providers handling personal data do so under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations.
This website may load technical resources from providers such as Google Fonts. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical connection data such as your IP address. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this website.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including encrypted transport, access restrictions, authentication safeguards, system hardening and operational monitoring. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure; we continually review safeguards in light of risk and change.
7. Retention
We retain website enquiries only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and related business relationship, normally no longer than 12 months where no contract follows. Platform data is retained according to the customer agreement, documented operational purpose and applicable legal requirements. Data is deleted, returned or anonymised when no longer required, subject to legal, security and contractual retention needs.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data. For website data, contact us using the address above. For operational platform data, please contact the relevant airport operator, lounge operator or other customer first, as they are normally the controller and best placed to verify and fulfil the request. We will provide reasonable assistance where required.
9. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its revision date.
